Body, mind, emotion and soul

The focus of my work is the holistic view of the human being - the interaction of body, mind, emotion and soul as well as being integrated into the world.

With 30 years of experience in trauma healing, I am enthusiastically committed to a trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive society - by accompanying individuals, teams and organizations, by giving lectures and by helping to shape development processes.

Craniosacral impulse regulation

I use techniques from craniosacral and visceral impulse regulation, connective tissue techniques and mental healing techniques to release blockages on structural, physical and psychological levels.

Healing work with babies

In this form of baby therapy according to Karlton Terry (IPPE, Institute for Pre- and Perinatal Education), the family is given a protected space in which they can feel safe and seen. The process supports the strengthening of the bond between child and parents and promotes a deep mutual understanding.

Coaching

In my personal (in my practice rooms) or online-based support, I combine body-oriented trauma and stress regulation with a natural cycle approach. We work in harmony with inner and outer rhythms - such as the seasons or personal phases of change - and thus strengthen the connection to oneself and to the greater whole.

My work

For many years I have accompanied people through times of change - from pregnancy, birth and parenthood, the transition to new phases of life such as kindergarten, school and puberty, through to menopause, farewell and bereavement counseling.

Deep letting go can happen in a protected space in which the focus is on being heard and seen, appreciative touch and being held attentively.

Physical, emotional and mental blockages can be released so that the person can realign and regulate themselves in a state of deep relaxation and find their natural balance again.

WITH PREGNANT WOMEN

I help pregnant women prepare for birth and support them in releasing tension in the pelvis, back pain and sleep disorders. I also offer space to work through your own birth experience - a valuable step towards reducing fears and facing the birth with more trust and confidence.

WITH BABIES

Mothers come to me when their baby has breastfeeding problems, cries a lot, sleeps badly or suffers from "colic". I also offer support for conspicuous asymmetries in movement or skull structure, hip dysplasia or delays in motor development.

Harmonization of the cranial system is particularly valuable after birth interventions such as caesarean section, suction bell delivery, breech presentation and long difficult births. Babies express with their body language and voice what they have experienced during pregnancy and birth. I help parents to understand this "baby language" and to respond to it sensitively.

Through shared perception, compassion and consciously giving space to the experience, a healing field is created in which the baby can find relief and relaxation.

WITH CHILDREN

Parents seek my support when their children frequently suffer from infections, ear infections or allergies, are prone to anxiety or hyperactivity, or struggle with sleep and concentration disorders and the resulting learning difficulties.

CSIR can also provide valuable support for postural abnormalities and jaw misalignments - especially as an adjunctive therapy to orthodontic treatment.

WITH YOUNG PEOPLE

During puberty, the brain undergoes a profound restructuring process. During this time, many adolescents struggle with sleep problems, concentration problems, headaches or postural abnormalities.

CSIR can help them to strengthen their body awareness, find inner balance and go through this challenging phase of change with more self-confidence.

WITH ADULTS

Adults come to me with complaints of the spine and joints, headaches, dizziness, severe stress and inner tension.

After physical and emotional shocks, accidents and operations, CSIR can help to facilitate deep relaxation and return the body to its natural balance. It promotes presence in one's own body and supports the healing process on a physical and emotional level.
